Terms of use for this information site
By reading or using these pages you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. They apply to this information site only and do not replace the terms of SpinFin Casino.
Who we are in these terms
We are an independent publisher of information about SpinFin for readers in the United Kingdom. We are not the casino, an agent of the casino or a gambling operator. The pages do not offer bets, games, bonuses or payments, and nothing here forms a contract between you and SpinFin.
Who may use the site
You may use the pages if you are 18 or over. The casino sets the same threshold for its own players, and the pages repeat it wherever sign-up is discussed. If you are under 18, please leave the site now.
What you may do with the pages
You may read the pages, print a copy for your own use and quote short extracts with a link back to the page. You may not copy whole pages onto another site, present our text as your own, scrape the site in bulk or use it in a way that disrupts it for others.
Text, layout and the way figures are arranged belong to us. The SpinFin name belongs to its owner and appears here only to identify the casino we write about.
Casino terms are separate
Offers, limits and conditions belong to SpinFin and can change on its side. Our pages describe them, but the terms of each bonus on the casino’s own pages decide a claim. Three examples show why that matters.
- The welcome offer is a 100% match up to €500 (£421.93) with 200 free spins, and the minimum deposit for it is €20 (£16.88). The bonus carries 40 times the bonus amount in wagering within 10 days of activation.
- Withdrawals are capped at €4,000 (£3,375.40) a day, and verification has to be completed before a first withdrawal.
- The weekly reload offers up to €700 (£590.70) plus 50 free spins in three tiers, and the terms of each bonus carry its own wagering requirements and restrictions.
If a page here and the casino’s terms ever differ, follow the casino’s terms for anything you do at the casino.
Quoting our pages
A short extract with a link back to the page is welcome. Please do not lift a table, such as a list of deposit routes or reload tiers, and present it as your own data. If you quote a figure, keep it next to the page it came from so a reader can check it.
Links to other sites
Pages link to SpinFin and to support organisations, such as GamCare. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse everything on them and we are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices. Their terms apply once you follow a link.
No advice and no guarantee
The pages inform. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and they do not predict results. Return-to-player figures, such as 96% to 99.5% for table games, describe a game over a very long run, not a single session. Gambling can lose money. Play only with money you can afford to lose.
Our liability
We take care over accuracy and correct mistakes when we find them. We do not accept liability for losses that follow from relying on a page, for a change made by the casino after we wrote a page, or for the content of sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Your messages
If you send us a correction or a question, you confirm that you are entitled to send it. We may use a suggestion to improve a page without owing you anything for it. Messages must be lawful and civil. We may decline abusive messages or messages that ask us to do something we cannot do, such as change a casino account, release a payment or review identity documents. How we handle the personal data in your message is described in the Privacy page.
Suspending access
We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms. You may stop using it at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when the site adds a new kind of page. The current version is the one on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If you disagree with a change, stop using the site.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are read under the law that applies to a publisher serving readers in the United Kingdom. For questions, write to [email protected]. The address reaches our editors, not the casino.
Providers and game names
The provider names on the pages, such as Evolution, Betsoft and 1x2 Gaming, come from the casino lobby. They identify what the lobby holds and carry no endorsement from us or from the providers.
Reporting a mistake
If a figure or a name looks wrong, e-mail the editors at [email protected] and quote the page and the sentence. We correct a page when a figure is shown to be wrong. We do not promise a particular outcome for every suggestion.
Support organisations
GamCare (0808 8020 133) and the Wales Gambling Helpline (0808 281 9265) are named on these pages only as links out. We do not run them, and we do not pass messages to them on your behalf.
Responsible use
The site discusses a product for adults. If gambling stops being a pastime, the Responsible Gambling page describes the tools SpinFin offers and the UK helplines, including GamCare on 0808 8020 133.
